Corian Solid Surface should be installed by a skilled, experienced corian fabricator, as it is a process that typically involves carefully manoeuvring into place and securing the joints, using the specialist glue and techniques required, in order to obtain the best possible, inconspicuous seam attainable.

Yes, they have seams but the good thing with corian top material is that the two pieces you’re seaming together or joining you glue them together and then you sand down the top of the material, so it all becomes one.  What most people are asking is if you see a seam line so if you’re using corian solid surface solid color or speckled material the seam can be pulled together sand and buffed and you won’t see that seam lying. On vein pattern colors you will see a seam line because the pattern is going to be cut in half so you’re going to see where the two pieces are joined together.

Brands Like Staron, Hi-Macs , Corian are resistant to germs and stains, as they are non-porous, which means that there are no tiny holes that can trap dirt and bacteria, making them easier to clean and less prone to staining. They are also water tight, meaning they are perfect for using as sinks, vanities and trough sinks

The warranty is usually ten years from installation with the warranty covering the material, therefore, in the rare event of a material failure (clouding, colour etc) then the manufacturer will need to be involved.

It does not cover for wear and tear, abuse or accidental damage.
